![]() ![]() Deep Characterization - Overall, we've worked to make crew members react more visibly to their surroundings.Things like sleep, leisure time and work conditions will be very important to be on a good enough level for crew members to operate and ultimately stay sane.While the crew member you find on your journey will be random in their skills and ability to learn, you will be able to customize these for your start crew if you so desire. Crew members leveling up in skills - Crew members have a natural ability to become great in one or a few skills, but they will also have their limitations.In the future we are planning to do a separate game mode where the player can build a station instead of a fleet of ships. Space Stations and Asteroid Bases (Currently in experimental branch) - Available as missions to build for other factions. ![]() Missions (Currently in experimental branch) - With the missions system we want to bring more life to the galaxy, by creating more events and giving more life to the factions with them asking for help regarding various things when meeting them.Since I last wrote, here are some of the big additions we've added to the game: We rather grind until it is at that point. To that I can only agree that it is taking long, but the choice to release and name it a full release without being confident that the content is there to captivate the player enough to make them feel that the game is a worthy full release, is not a choice we want to make. Some would say things are taking too long and that it will never reach the end state. Space Haven has now been almost two and a half years in early access. One major update at a time we have continued grinding towards a future full release, dreaming that Space Haven would be considered a gem of a game once that day arrives. It has been a very long time since I wrote about our game Space Haven here. ![]()
